Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. Your contact details are never visible to other members unless you choose to share them. We use industry-standard encryption and follow strict data protection policies to keep your information safe.
Yes! You can browse and search profiles for free after registration. However, to contact matches directly, view full profiles, and access premium features like advanced filters and horoscope matching, you will need to upgrade to a paid membership plan.
Our Assisted Matrimony Service assigns you a dedicated Relationship Manager who personally helps you find, filter and connect with the most compatible profiles. They guide you through every step — from shortlisting to meeting arrangements — saving you time and effort.
Our horoscope matching tool uses your birth date, time, and place to generate a detailed Kundali. It then compares Gunas (compatibility points) between two profiles. You can view compatibility scores and detailed analysis directly on any profile page.
You can upgrade your membership anytime from your account dashboard under "My Plan". To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For refund queries, contact our support team.
